Objective

Create an editorial series for Modern Luxury that felt light, polished, and approachable. Through soft color tones, floral elements, and relaxed interactions, the goal was to create imagery that balanced editorial styling with a more natural and playful side of Durana.

Creative Approach

For this Modern Luxury Riviera shoot with Durana, I wanted everything to feel light, fresh, and easy, reflecting Cymbiotika and the way it approaches wellness. I kept the palette really soft and bright so nothing felt heavy. The whole idea was to create a space that feels clean but still warm, not clinical, not cold. The flowers were super intentional. I used them to bring in that “health is wealth” feeling without being literal, they add life, softness, and a sense of abundance around her. With Durana, I leaned into a more relaxed energy. She’s still grounded and in control, but there’s a softness to her here that shows a different side of power; something more natural and effortless. Even the dogs feel lighter in this setting. It all just works together to create something that feels elevated but still human.

Outcome

The final images were published in Modern Luxury as part of a feature on Durana Elmi and Cymbiotika's pet line. The series combined editorial styling with softer, more candid moments to create a cohesive visual story for the publication.
